Right of withdrawal As an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within this period at support@lameep.nl
How to return an item
To request a return, submit a return request through your customer account or email support@lameep.nl with your order number and reason for return. Please do not return an item before receiving our approval, and do not send it to the sender address printed on the original parcel. After approving your request, we will provide the correct return address and return instructions. Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number in the parcel and retain proof of postage and tracking until your return has been completed.
Return shipping costs For an eligible withdrawal under EU consumer law, we will refund the purchase price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option. Any additional cost for an upgraded or express delivery option is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In those cases, we will cover the reasonable return shipping costs.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 days. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Non-returnable items The following items cannot be returned:
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Sealed hygiene or health & beauty products that have been opened
- Digital products or downloadable content
Defective or incorrect items If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@lameep.nl. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
EU consumer rights This policy does not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and applicable Dutch law.
